My fiance and I disagree on honeymoon destinations. What should I do?
The wedding is a long way away but we have briefly discussed where we’d like the honeymoon to be. I’ve always imagined my honeymoon relaxing on the beach or going on a cruise. He’s “not the island type” and would rather go somewhere like England or Paris. I’d love to go to these places, but it seems like it would be stressful…going to see all the sites and going out of the country for the first time! I’d rather just relax after the stresses of a wedding. Is there any way we can compromise or what should I do?

My partner and i are getting married in May 2009 and don’t know where to go for our honeymoon. should we stay in Australia, Goldcoast? or venture out further, preferably not just a beach resort! Any suggestions?

Where to go in Vegas for a nice honeymoon and good entertainment?
I am trying to plan a honeymoon trip to Vegas in June on a tight budget of about $1500 I want to stay for 3 nights in a decent room and be able to still have money left over for entertainment good food and of course to gamble. I have looked at orbitz and travelocity but I not seeing anything that is catching my eye. I would apperciate any advise on where to stay or on entertainment. Also on how to make my budget workout for me.

Good ideas for a honeymoon in Las Vegas?
I’m sure people have asked this before, but my fiance and I are traveling to Las Vegas for our honeymoon. We are wanting to know where to stay that isn’t going to break the bank and will allow us to still have some fun while we are there. We want to gamble a littlt but also would like to see a show. So if anyone has any ideas of how to make our honeymoon fun, cheaper and staying in a nice place please let me know. Thanks for all the replies!

Honeymoon Destinations within US$3000 during Thanksgiving or Christmas?
We live in California. We are not interested in beach resorts. We are looking at places like Egypt, South America, Europe and Central America in that order. We can spend upto US$3000 in all. We can take a 10-day vacation during Thanksgiving (November) or Christmas/New Year (December). We don’t eat meat and don’t drink alcohol (but for wines). We can speak only English. Do you have a suggestion for some possible honeymoon destinations?
