What is the best way to lose weight? I am joining a gym, but what diet works the best?

Is it okay to have a bridal shower two days before the wedding?

Either I forgo the bridal shower, or I have it a couple days before the wedding so that people can attend. Is that appropriate?

How can i lose weight fast before my sisters wedding?

What is the difference between a wedding shower and a bridal shower?

I am wanting to lose weight before my wedding can you hellp?

I already excersize and try to eat right everyday but i cannot control the food i get as I attend the jobcorps program. Would cutting meat completely out of my diet be a good idea?

My fiance, which I love very much, has allergies really bad. The steroids are making him gain weight.He also has been eating alot lately. Were always arguing over him eating to much. But he seems to not care. As a matter of fact, he’s eating rite now. 10:58p.m. We plan to lose weight before our wedding. He lost faster than me, but now I’m passing him. I think he giving up. I don’t want him to lose weight for the wedding. I want him to keep it off. It’s all for our health. He used to weight like 450lbs. Now he at 375, but it’s all fat. Please I need help.
