You have to burn more calories than you take in. Ex: if you take in 1200 calories, you need to burn off more. Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day 4 to 5 days a week. Get a trainer for a month if you can, they are great at developing plans and helping you achieve a goal! The max you should lose is 2 pounds per week. Anything more is unhealthy for your body and compromises your immune system.

There are a lot of different ways but choose the best for you. Im on a low carb diet lost about 20 pounds the first month. Its a protein based diet.
Breakfast: 1. 2 eggs & a whole grain toast or a bowl of cheerios
Snack: Protein bar or glass of milk
Lunch: Tuna or chicken Salad or a Progresso chicken noodle soup
snack: Cottage cheese 4oz or plain yogurt
Dinner: chicken breast or lean beef with a side of veggies or salad
This is a typical eating day for me, I also get 45 min. exercise a day not much, but some days I break it up, like I will do three 15 min. walks through the day or 15 min. of aerobics & a 30 min. walk in the evening.

no soda alcohol cakes sweets icecream potato chips less bread items. start there. dont eat after 7pm. drink only water. nothing else. try to skip a few dinners.

Eat healthy for the next month, and work out. If you don’t want to join a gym, walk or jog a few miles every day…I have been doing weight watchers and then working out 5 days a week and have lost 10 lbs in the last month…
