I have a success story ,but i wouldn’t like you to loose weight like i did .Six months ago i was diagnosed as diabetic,so i had to eat healthily ,eg fruit, veg ,no chips ,only brown bread, porridge, Bengal drinks ,no sugar or bis cits and i have lost two stone ,Saying that i have never felt healthier

if you have a week in hand then you can exercise a lot by jogging, swimming or brisk walking.
watching what you eat.

you can additonally have a chat with the videographer and the photographer and instruct them to take slim photos of yours as much as possible.
also before the final copy you could yourself go and check out the editing.

When I first went vegetarian I lost 10lbs in 3 months and I only weighed 120 before hand. I ate perfectly healthy and there wasn’t anything wrong with it, it was just my body adjusting. Eventually I gained it back as my body got used to my new eating habits, but I always thought it would have been a good way to lose weight quickly for a special occasion if I had known before hand. So, I suggest you stop eating meat for a couple of weeks.

P.S. I think the best part about it is that you can still eat chocolate, ice cream and all that good junk food! Just make sure you don’t replace meat with those things. Just eat the same amounts you always do an replace the meat with meatless alternatives.
